BT-Miners is a trusted industry leader and one of the largest distributors for cryptocurrency mining hardware. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities:

  1. l Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  2. l Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  3. l Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
  4. l Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  5. l Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  6. l Contribute sales information and recommendations to strategic plans, budgets and reviews; prepare and execute action plans across territory.
  7. l Lead the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, and proposals related to our products and programs.

 

Requirements

  1. 3+ years in Sales role that involved developing and managing multiple plans and projects.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  3. Understanding of cryptocurrency mining, trading, and hardware will be helpful.
  4. Interests and willingness to learn about cryptocurrency mining, trading, and hardware.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in an unstructured environment across various markets and time zones.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  7. Excellent people and communication skills.
