BT-Miners is a trusted industry leader and one of the largest distributors for cryptocurrency mining hardware. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities:
- l Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- l Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- l Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
- l Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- l Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- l Contribute sales information and recommendations to strategic plans, budgets and reviews; prepare and execute action plans across territory.
- l Lead the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, and proposals related to our products and programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales role that involved developing and managing multiple plans and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency mining, trading, and hardware will be helpful.
- Interests and willingness to learn about cryptocurrency mining, trading, and hardware.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in an unstructured environment across various markets and time zones.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
